STONE

Clear Quartz

Clear Quartz is known as the "master healer" and will amplify energy and thought, as well as the effect of other crystals.  It absorbs, stores, releases and regulates energy.  Clear Quartz draws off negative energy of all kinds, neutralising background radiation, including electromagnetic smog or petrochemical emanations.  It balances and revitalises the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes.

Black Tourmaline

Black Tourmaline has an energy that brings psychic protection and EMF protection. This crystal is a powerful stone for protection against negative energy of all kinds, and it is a strong spiritual grounding stone.

Palo Santo

Palo santo, which translates literally to “holy wood” in Spanish, is a natural wood aromatic incense used for centuries by the Incas and indigenous people of the Andes as a spiritual remedy for purifying and cleansing, as well as to get rid of evil spirits and misfortune. Our Palo Santo is sustainably wild harvested from a reserve in Peru from naturally fallen trees and branches that lie dead for 4-10 years before they are harvested.

California White Sage

This White Sage is sustainably harvested in the mountains of Southwest California. Used for environmental purification, crystal and auric cleansing it harnesses incredibly strong aromatic properties. The very smell of white sage invokes peace and higher thoughts.


HOW TO USE
CRYSTALS:

Placing Them In Your Environment

You can experience the benefit from your crystals simply by placing them near you, holding them in your hands, or carrying them in a pouch with you.

Meditating 

Set quiet time aside. Hold crystal in your left hand during mediation to receive its healing energy. 

Setting Intentions

Your crystal holds energy and you can feel tiny pulses when you clasp them in your hand. Holding the crystal in your hand, close your eyes, then take in deep breathes and exhale slowly. Set your intentions aloud or mentally with your crystal (this can be what you want the crystal to work for you). Once done, thank your crystal and go about with your day.

SAGE & PALO SANTO:

House Cleansing

Burn a small portion of the sage/palo santo stick. Fan the smoke to encompass the space or you can start from the door and walk in clockwise direction covering the perimeters of the room. Place remaining burning palo santo in the centre of the house to complete your cleansing.

Auric Cleansing

Start by setting your intentions. Light sage/palo santo stick. Let it burn for a few seconds or till flames go out on its own. Wave the smoke all around your body, starting from the crown of your head, under your arms, around your torso, working your way down to the base of your feet.

Crystal Cleansing

Hold the crystal in your hand. Allow smoke to envelope the crystal for around 30 seconds. Affirm it with positive thought or prayer.
