As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system. Ready stocked items will take 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri) to ship out. Pre-order items may take up to 6 weeks to ship out.

All orders come with tracking service. You will receive an email with tracking information within 3 hours of shipping it out.

Yes it is! Rest assured that all our jewellery are nickel, lead and cadmium free - all the metals that are known to cause allergic reactions.

We use 925 Sterling Silver. Rhodium, 18K Gold Plated (1 Micron) and 18K Gold Vermeil (2.5 Micron) as our finishes.

We choose to use 14K Solid Gold in our Fine jewellery for its durability and affordability.

Gold Vermeil (pronounced as "Ver-may") is a high-quality plated jewellery type that uses a thick layer of gold over a sterling silver base. To be considered true vermeil, the gold plating must be at least 2.5 microns thick, and the gold used must be at least 10k. This makes it a more durable and long lasting option compared to standard gold plated jewelry.

Our Gold Vermeil jewellery are plated with 18K gold and 2.5 Micron thick, which is 10x thicker than flash plating.
