HOW TO USE

Crystals:

1. Placing Them In Your Environment

You can experience the benefit from your crystals simply by placing them near you, holding them in your hands, or carrying them in a pouch with you.

2. Meditating

Set quiet time aside. Choose the crystal(s) you are drawn to. Holding them in your hands, close your eyes, then take in deep breathes and exhale slowly. Repeat a few times.

3. Setting Intentions

Your crystal holds energy and you can feel tiny pulses when you clasp them in your hand. Holding the crystal in your hand, close your eyes, then take in deep breathes and exhale slowly. Set your intentions aloud or mentally with your crystal (this can be what you want the crystal to work for you). Once done, thank your crystal and go about with your day.

Palo Santo: Light one end of the Palo Santo with a lighter until there is a flame. Let the flame burn until it goes off on its own. For self-cleansing, direct the smoke all around your body. You can start from the crown of your head, then work your way down to the soles of your feet. If smoke dies out, relight your Palo Santo and continue with your cleansing ritual. For space clearing, direct smoke all around room/space. Relight Palo Santo as needed.

Selenite: Place Selenite crystal near gemstone jewellery or crystals to cleanse and recharge its energies.
