8 Ways to Raise Your Vibration (Positive Energies)
Ever wondered how some people just have things go their way, or are just “lucky"? It’s all in the vibration baby! Everything, the space between us, objects, solid or otherwise, are all energy. And that includes you! High vibration are emotions such as love, peace and joy. While feelings of unworthiness, “Oh such good things will never happen to me” or self-sabotaging behaviour “What if (fill in the blank) don’t work out” all carry low vibrations.
Over the years I realised that when I tend to be feeling low or have negative thoughts about certain situations, it reflects back to my external reality - my business slows down, lost in money etc. And when I feel hopeful (not worrywart) and am in my power, things flow with ease. So now anything that is happening in my external reality (3D), I take it as a marker to how I am actually feeling inside (frequency).

Here are 8 ways to shift your vibration to positivity real quick.
Awareness (Be conscious of your thoughts)
Everything you say, think or feel becomes your reality. Every single thought that comes into your head has an impact on you. That is why it is so important to exercise mindfulness in your everyday. Notice how you are feeling when you get up in the morning, throughout your day and before you go to bed. When you catch yourself filled with not so good thoughts or emotions, shift your thoughts to positivity. For example, instead of “I can’t afford that.” to “How can I afford that”. When you shift your internal reality, so too does your external reality.
2. Be Grateful
When you focus your thoughts on what you do have, it shifts you out of scarcity mindset. A good practice to have is having a gratitude journal. Even if you don’t have a gratitude journal at the moment, speaking out loud or mentally at the end of each day is a good ritual to have. I’d like to list down 5 things that I am grateful for at the end of each day. Focusing on what you are grateful for shifts your vibration to peace and contentment.
A study has shown that a person has 6,200 thoughts on average per day, and 80% of it is negative. In times of stress and anxiety, taking time out to slow down and focusing on your breathe helps to calm and center the mind. Meditation helps to free your mind from clutter, which in turn helps you focus and make better decisions!
Eat Healthy (Be conscious for what you eat)
Have you realised how certain foods make you feel? I know for a fact that some foods leave me feeling energised while some makes me feel sluggish after. Again like most things, certain foods are higher vibration than others. High vibrational foods such as green vegetables and fresh/organic produce. And you guessed it, low vibrational foods are mostly anything that is processed (canned, frozen).
Always ensure you drink plenty of water (filtered is best) to assist your body to flush out toxicity day to day. Toxicity has a marked impact on our vibration so we must do what we can to reduce it's impact within us and around us.
Acts of Kindness
Giving to someone else (without expecting anything in return) shifts your thinking from “I don’t have enough” or “Woe is me” to “I have more than enough to give to others”. Abundance is high vibration. Similarly, being kind (as opposed to being mean) puts in you at a high vibration. Gossip or treat others badly and your vibration will suffer.
Be In Nature
Mother nature is a natural tranquilliser, and the best part it’s free for all to enjoy! Appreciating nature puts in you a state of wonder and a higher perspective of your existence. Nature takes or absorbs toxicity away from you and transmutes them into positivity, the same with healing crystals! Walking bare foot in nature helps ground you and literally brings you closer to mother earth. When was the last time you felt grass beneath your feet?
Vibration requires movement, the more you move the better your vibration move. Movement releases stuck energy, and what better way than to do it with some dancing! Dancing gets the blood pumping and releases happy endorphins. The happier you feel, the more you will draw happy experiences to yourself because you are operating at a higher frequency.
